As for Iced Matcha Latte, the matcha flavor is good. Although the green tea is obvious and the tea is slightly astringent, the two are wrapped in a gentle sweetness, and the overall flavor is harmonious and layered.

Based on the Iced Matcha Latte, the overall taste is harmonious, the tea has layers, the milk does not overly cover up the tea flavor, and the sweetness is very moderate. If you want to drink a cup of refreshing matcha milk in your spare time, it is recommended.
The only thing is the processing of tea powder. I saw the clerk carefully sifting the tea slurry first. However, the tea slurry was relatively thick , and the tea powder was thicker, which caused it to settle quickly. Might want to try a better way of processing the tea pulp.

The clerk who was responsible for placing orders that day was very friendly and would actively interact with neighborhood customers. I personally like the feeling of this kind of community shop . The operating model of Hong Kong restaurants is restrictive, and there is not much interaction between staff and guests. In addition, Hong Kong people (including the shop assistants themselves) may not be good at conversation, so I appreciate the shop assistants being proactive and friendly.
I ordered the smoked duck breast and apple salad that day, and it was ready to order. The portion size and taste were both good.
