***Unauthorised Reselling Notice***

We are committed to providing high-quality tea powder at fair prices. We take the integrity of our brand and the tea industry seriously, and unauthorized reselling poses a significant concern.


To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following policies:

1. **Order Cancellation**: We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of being placed for unauthorized reselling. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

2. **Purchase Frequency**: Each address is limited to one purchase per week. This policy is designed to prevent bulk buying and ensure availability for all our valued customers.

3. **Account Suspension**: Accounts identified as suspected resellers may be subject to deactivation. We take this measure seriously in order to uphold the integrity of our business and protect our community.

4. **Purchase Limits:** Some products are limited to a maximum of  units per item can be purchase. The actual limit may subject to change and there would be a alert if the number of purchase exits the limit. 

5. **Final Decision**: We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding any matters related to unauthorized reselling and the enforcement of these policies.

Inventory

Japanese green tea products normally have 4-6 months tasting period. We keep our stock level low to ensure the products are fresh to serve. 

If you urgently need certain products , please contact us to check the actual stock status before confirming the order.

Taste Period

Japanese green tea products normally have 4-6 months tasting period.

Refund is not allowed after payment confirmed

After the order confirmed and payment completed, cancellation and refund is not allowed.

Pre-Order Notice

  • Pre-order items means the product is out of stock but still available accept pre-ordering. 
  • If the user needs to make a reservation, he or she must first pay the full amount of the pre-booked goods. After completing the payment, the reservation object and its quantity are confirmed and cannot be changed.
  •  It takes 1-2 weeks to order the goods.
  • Estimated shipping dates may be delayed due to factory or shipping unforeseen issue. MatchaEasy will update you if there is huge delay on delivery.

Shipping Fee

Below shipping fee is count in hong Kong dollar. After payment confirmed and if the stock is available, order will be shipped within five working days. Please refer to Pre-Order Notice for pre-order items. Oversea customer are responsible for customs duties and additional charges in terms of import and export.
