Traditionally, October to November, during the autumn season, marks another significant time for green tea. High-quality tea leaves harvested in April to May are sealed in pots for careful preservation. After resting for six months, the grassy notes fade, and the freshness and sweetness intensify before being processed into sencha or ground into matcha powder. Tsubokiri Matcha can be used for thin tea (usucha) or thick tea (koicha), making it ideal for those new to high-grade matcha. Its flavor is light and fresh, with a sweet, pure aftertaste free of bitterness.
