退款政策

所有產品皆不能退款。未開封的茶產品在送出後7日內換取另外一款產品。如換取產品價錢高於原本產品需補差額。客人亦需承擔所有郵寄費用。

All products are non-refundable. Unopened powder items (exchanged items) may be exchanged for other items (exchanging items) within 7 days of delivery date and supplemented with differences if exchanging items are greater in value in total. Client is also responsible the shipment expense occurred in the whole exchange process.   

如貨物有損毀或錯誤，請保留所有包裝及拍照紀錄及24小時內聯絡MatchEasy跟進，若派送後超過24小時或未能提供相關包裝相片，相關損毀或錯誤有權不受理，亦不會作出賠償。

If there are any damaged or discrepancy on the delivered products, please keep all the package and take photo and inform MatchaEasy within 24 hours after delivery. Any report after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
