- steps -
1) Sift the tea powder, pour 30mL hot milk and mix well to make matcha sauce for later use
2) Heat the remaining 50mL of milk, fresh cream and sugar over low heat and cook well
3) Cook the milk sauce until it is thickened with a little yellow and becomes condensed milk, then add matcha sauce
4) Mix all the solutions and simmer for 5-10 minutes as needed
5) After finishing, let it cool down and put it in the refrigerator for at least half a day
