The genmaicha powder made by Marukyu Koyamaen carries a strong rice flavour, brining a long-lasting rice aroma and sweet flavour, ideal to mix with other food in bakery to dessert making. Note that its colour may turn yellowish after high-temperature baking. Only available in 500g or 1000g.
