Clumps-free Matcha Awaraku is made by Marukyu Koyamen using patented technology to create non-sugar matcha that does not stick together when added with water, so you can easily make drinks such as matcha latte or even usucha comparable to Aoarashi. It is suggested to use with Electric Frother.
- 20g/40g tin can make 10-20 cups of latte (2g each), suggested to mix with 120ml milk.
Awaraku can be served alone with cold water to make usucha or flavoured matcha drink.
