Tomotake was launched in 2024. It is a culinary grade matcha one grade lower than Wakatake.

Tomotake taste with tea astringency with no bitterness that is ideal for both high temperature baking. The tea colour is a bit lighter compared with Wakatake. 

Recommended for Tea Lover who prefer to keep one type of matcha for all purpose.
