Powder A has a deep brown colour with noticeable roasted flavour after baked, and a pleasing astringent and aftertaste in cream, suitable for all kinds of bakery or dessert making.

 Hojicha Tea Powder B

B powder carries a light brown colour with mild roasted flavour after baked, and some noticeable astringent. It is suitable for cream-related goods including latte making.
